Return and Exchange Policy:
We maintain a no return and no exchange policy, except in the rare case of receiving a wrong or damaged item
If something isn’t right:
– Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive the wrong product or find any damage, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and a short video for assistance.
– Once confirmed, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
– Please note that items returned without prior discussion, sale items, or gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued only for approved wrong or damaged products after we receive and inspect the return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (please allow additional time for your bank to reflect this).
